Raw Sea Moss ready to be wild-crafted into a gel.
- Rinse Sea Moss thoroughly with Spring water, Organic Key Limes, and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- Run your fingers through the Sea Moss to remove any trapped particles [then, drain]
- Place Sea Moss in large bowl and cover with Spring Water, then with plastic, and refrigerate for 12 - 48 hours
- Pour water out and rinse with spring water
- Drain water and place Sea Moss in blender, add 3/4 cup of Spring Water
- Blend to desired texture
- place Sea Moss Gel in air-tight sterile containers, refrigerate up to 6 weeks or freeze for up to 5 months
