Organic Sea Moss

  1. Rinse Sea Moss thoroughly with Spring Water, Organic Key Limes, and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  2. Be sure to run your fingers through the Sea Moss to remove any trapped particles
  3. Place the Sea Moss in a bowl and cover with fresh Spring Water, cover with plastic, and refrigerate for 12 -48 hours
  4. Pour the water out and give the Sea Moss another rinsing with Spring Water and Key Limes
  5. Place the Sea Moss in a blender and add ¾ of a cup of Spring Water
  6. Blend until desired texture is reached
  7. Place Sea Moss Gel in an airtight, sterile container and refrigerate for up to 2 months, freeze for up to 6 months
  8. Take 1 ½ - 3 Tablespoons per day [mix in smoothies, oatmeal, applesauce, soups, etc…]
